AWESOME
The low monthly rent does not justify how homey and spacious this unit apartment is. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to good restaurants and short distance to the hospital where I worked at. Parking space at the back of the building instead of parking on the streets is a plus. W/D may be in the basement, but each unit has its own designated set. Next time I'm in STL, MO, I would not look anywhere else to stay if I get lucky to get the reservation at this place.

Safe and comfortable place to call home in STL
Stayed at Arlos's property because it was the cheapest option we could find. The place was clean, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Only downside is there's not much you can walk to, but as long as you have a car, it's not a huge deal. Tower Grove Park is only a 5-minute drive away and Barnes is about 10-15min drive depending on the time of the day.

Great Place
Glad I found another apartment by the same landlord I stayed with previously. The complex is all travelers. Clean, pest free place. 15 minutes to SLU and parks.

Great Apartment
Great apartment. This is my second time staying here, but in another unit. The unit is great. Enough space for one or two people. Close to Barnes. It is also close to places to eat and drink. Tower Grove is around the corner.
