Stylish 1BR Executive Rental in Midtown with Off Street Parking

3 month stay I really wanted to like this place..

The location is fantastic-beautiful, safe, right by the park, with easy parking, two bathrooms, and a great shower. Unfortunately, the management experience overshadowed the positives. The backyard gate was broken and stuck badly my entire stay despite multiple requests to repair it. The backyard has only dim solar lights, and the front porch light is an unreliable motion sensor, so bring a flashlight. Finding a dead rat on my doorstep and being told to remove it myself was something I've never experienced in years of work travel. I also wasn't comfortable that the entry code isn't changed between tenants and is shared with maintenance workers, who entered without notice. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and mosquitoes were relentless. I'd stay in this neighborhood again, but not this rental. This experience also convinced me not to use Furnished Finder again because the limited reviews don't provide enough information to book with confidence.
