I arrived to a gate that stuck and a place that initially appeared cute, until I discovered the bed had hairy sheets with a strong perfume smell. The bathtub was unusable due to chipped paint, and there was a hole in the floorboards beneath the dining table. I dealt with lots of bugs on a daily basis. The windows would not open, which was especially concerning because the AC was an ongoing problem that required 4-5 visits to address, but the AC never worked during my stay. The door code was another major concern. It was not changed from the previous renter, despite my asking several times. The porch light also never worked. And be aware there is a reason this rental is not advertised as a "quiet" property. The noise made it particularly difficult for anyone working nights. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and uncomfortable stay, which is unfortunate because it's in a prime location.

3 month stay I really wanted to like this place..

The location is fantastic-beautiful, safe, right by the park, with easy parking, two bathrooms, and a great shower. Unfortunately, the management experience overshadowed the positives. The backyard gate was broken and stuck badly my entire stay despite multiple requests to repair it. The backyard has only dim solar lights, and the front porch light is an unreliable motion sensor, so bring a flashlight. Finding a dead rat on my doorstep and being told to remove it myself was something I've never experienced in years of work travel. I also wasn't comfortable that the entry code isn't changed between tenants and is shared with maintenance workers, who entered without notice. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and mosquitoes were relentless. I'd stay in this neighborhood again, but not this rental. This experience also convinced me not to use Furnished Finder again because the limited reviews don't provide enough information to book with confidence.
