I started with a three month lease and extended to six because I loved this place. Convient area to walk around downtown or for the activities at Elmwood Park. Kimber and Ryan resolved any minor problems I had quickly and efficiently without hesitation. Joe is a great neighbor to have downstairs if you need something but the neighborhood is quiet overall. I had no problems during my stay and if I would have extended my travel contract I definitely would have stayed in this apartment. P.S. if you like music and drinks, Martins is a 5 minute walk away and does Taco Thursdays with Music Bingo.
