Lora and David were fantastic hosts, and their rental was perfect for my travel assignment. While it didnt have a full kitchen, it was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, including a mini fridge, air fryer, and a Nespresso machinewith pods provided! The space was clean, cozy, and private, which I really appreciated. Lora and David were amazing hostsreally kind and always quick to respond if I had any questions, but they also gave me plenty of space to do my own thing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and parking was never an issue. Id definitely recommend this place to other traveling professionals. Thanks again, Lora and David, for making my time here comfortable and stress-free.

Home away from home

I rented Lora & David's space for a very last minute short contract in Berkeley & they accommodated me with no problem. The space was absolutely perfect for me & the time I needed it for. It had literally everything I needed & the space was very clean. One thing that stood out to me was the hot water. I have had hot water issues at every single furnished finder I've rented & if you're a girl you know it's important. The space was very modern & had lights to dim, Velcro blackout curtains, ceiling fan, & an electric fire place for heat. The main thing that stood out to me was how kind and helpful the hosts were. Despite not really running into each other they always made sure to check in with me to see if I needed assistance with anything. There was no issues with street parking because there is no street cleaning days & there is always plenty of spaces in the street no matter the time of day. Definitely recommend renting with them.
