Wiesenfarth Cottage

I was a rotating medical student who stayed at Kathy and John's place and it was truly great! The landlords are both so incredibly kind and understanding and they really make you feel at home. They are super sweet and accommodating. The place is also really new and was a beautiful space. It has everything you need to feel comfortable with a washer and dryer, full kitchen that is stocked with everything you need and a comfortable sofa and bed. They also have a parking spot designated for you if that is something you are looking for. The place looks exactly as pictured! Overall, I would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back at some point.

Probably best cottage in sacramento

My 8 months in the US were a great time, and a big part is due to this beautiful cottage. Not only are the landlords (Kathy and John) one of the nicest persons I've ever met, but also the accommodation is great: Big kitchen, beautiful living room with a big Smart TV screen, and the bathroom and bedroom are perfect as well. Everything you need is there :) On top I always enjoyed sitting outside, as you have a little outdoor patio. Perfect in sacramento. Besides that the neighborhood is beautiful, it is quiet and you can reach almost everything in about 15-20 minutes. Supermarkets are around the corner, walking distance. And sometimes the cats of the landlords come by and will join, they are beautiful. So over all, I can really recommend this place, you will have one of your best times and best landlords.
