Great rental!!

Great little condo with lots of comfortable touches and well stocked kitchen supplies with some thoughtful touches like tumblers and to go coffee cups. Everything was well maintained, and property manager was easy to negotiate with when I had to break my lease early because my work contract ended unexpectedly.

Clean, Comfortable and Accommodating

My boyfriend and I lived here while I was traveling for work and we were very surprised with how great the location was. The unit itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We noticed there were a few furniture changes from the photos that were very nice (a tv in the bedroom, some updated décor and art). I mentioned being allergy sensitive and they even had the carpets cleaned for us prior to move in as there had been pets on the property before. The property manager was really helpful and responsive! She was quick to update a few kitchen items we mentioned wanting (like an air fryer) and asked for suggestions at the end of our stay to ensure the condo had everything it needed. It was a little tight for two people, but we were only there a few months.

Amazing Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The unit was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully furnished, making it immediately comfortable and easy to settle into. Everything I needed was provided, and anything I requested during the stay was provided. The space felt both cozy and well-maintained. The landlord was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. They were also very flexible when negotiating the damage deposit and pet deposit. The pool was my favorite amenity! The location was a huge bonus—close to all the best Nashville activities and the airport, while still feeling like a great place to relax at the end of the day. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again without hesitation.

Great Location - Cozy Condo

I stayed here during the summer and fall and really enjoyed the amenities of the community. Having access to the pool and gym onsite was a huge plus! The condo itself was comfortable with a great bed, pillows and a comfy couch. Parking was always ample and the area was well lit at night when I'd get home late. The location was incredibly convenient—easy access to Donelson for dining, coffee, and groceries, and just a quick Uber ride downtown or to the airport. It made getting around Nashville simple and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this place for an extended stay and would gladly stay here again.
