Renovated King 1BR - 4 Min to UNMC + Walk to Blackstone

I stayed here for over 13 weeks as a travel nurse and appreciated the option to go month-to-month with a 30-day notice. The home is clean, beautiful, and the neighbors were friendly. My biggest concern was parking. During my stay, one tenant appeared to be buying vehicles and leaving several parked on the street for extended periods, making parking very limited. After I reported the issue to the city, two vehicles were eventually towed. Reserved parking was available for an extra fee, but I was already paying for housing both back home and in Omaha. Communication with the landlord was polite but often slow, and I felt my concerns werent fully addressed. I also had multiple packages stolen, laundry access was inconvenient, and paying rent by credit card added about $200 in fees. Overall, I wouldnt stay here again.

Nice place

The location was great, walkable distance to some cool places like turner park, mills coffee and much more. The apartment was nice very comfortable and clean. Had everything one would need. Didn't need much from the landlord but was quick to respond with any questions and check in info was easy to understand. Recommend to anyone traveling here.

Great Place!

My husband and I stayed here during my contract at UNMC. Super close and only a 4 minute drive. Easy to find street parking and never felt unsafe. The unit was very spacious and clean-we loved the king size bed, full kitchen and two large TVs. Chris was very attentive to maintenance requests and it was fixed in a timely matter. The only minor downside was that you can easily hear the loud neighbors/dogs through the walls. If youre a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, it might be something to consider-ear plugs did the trick for me though! But overall it was a good stay and I was glad my first experience using furnish finder was a positive one. Would definitely rent with Chris again.
