Charming Terrace Level Apartment Overlooking the Pond-New to the Market

This place is Phenomenal! I has a Pond, walking trail, beautiful scenery especially in the fall. The apartment is very comfortable with one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen and Jacques and Kate are just amazing people, so thoughtful and kind. They go out of their way to make you comfortable for sure

Could not recommend enough!!

I was the very first tenant on this property, and I absolutely LOVED it! Jacques and Kate are very thoughtful owners, as well as incredibly kind people. They welcomed me with flowers and a bottle of local Rosé. They were always happy to answer any questions or help with anything. They even had a little Christmas tree they let me use! The space itself has so many great features, including a pullout couch for guests; in-unit washer/dryer; Bluetooth sound system in the kitchen, living area, and bathroom; heated bathroom floors; heated towel rack; and two televisions. The bedroom is very spacious, bed is super comfy, and the curtains block out outdoor light. I worked nightshift while I was staying here, and the Gates' were very thoughtful about keeping the volume down in their house upstairs so I could sleep during the day. Definitely don't hesitate to book! It's very much worth every cent and the fact you get to meet the awesome people that live upstairs is just icing on the cake.

Excellent Stay

Recently, my husband and I rented Jacques and Kates apartment for two months. The accommodations exceeded are expectations. The pictures online dont do the place justice. We were very comfortable there. We had everything we needed and the location was great. We could get to most places in Crozet within five minutes driving time. The apartment is located on two ponds and a wooded area with walking trails that connect to other neighborhoods. Everything in the apartment was well thought out from heated towel racks and heated bathroom floor to two giant screen tvs and a dishwasher. Jacques, Kate and their daughter, Chloe, welcomed us warmly. Parking was a breeze. I am sure we will be returning. Greg and I highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting the Crozet area.
