Comfort Stay ADU

Fully equipped studio in nice location with complete kitchen and washer/dryer a plus. Comfortable queen bed and living area. Cooling /heating system for hot or cold days. Close to downtown restaurant and entertainment. Nice pool area to hang out during hot days or drink coffee during chilly days. Host Yvonne and Jeff are amazing, friendly and quick to respond to messages and give you your space. Our stay was 6 mths and will definitely reach out if back in Modesto.

Awesome!

My husband, son, and I stayed at this spacious studio for 6 months. It is in a quiet street just outside the main downtown area. The landlords are super accommodating and had any issues fixed very fast! They have 2 incredibly sweet dogs and a beautiful pool to relax near. Seriously, I wish we could stay long, but work has me going elsewhere.
