GA -> CA Home away from home

I stayed here for about three months over the summer, and Bouchra and her family made me feel right at home. The apartment is comfortable, with a kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet. As someone who loves cooking, I appreciated how well-equipped it was, and Bouchra even provided grilling equipment and an air fryer on request. Just outside is a calming patio with two gas grills, seating, and a turf field, where I spent many evenings grilling and getting to know friendly neighbors. A large community center is a two-minute walk away with a gym and pool, and a beautiful park about 10 minutes out offers tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Dublin BART is a 15-minute walk, making trips into the city easy. Free street parking is available if you have a car, and finding a spot was rarely an issue. Safe, affordable Bay Area housing is hard to find in summer, but this property checked every box, and then some.

Terrific stay & host

I had a great stay & the apartment was very comfortable and quiet. There is plenty nearby, including a large park. Bouchra offered help with anything the place was lacking, and even brought over an incredible meal!

I stayed in this property for approximately 3 months during the summer time. This Dublin neighborhood is extremely safe, comfortable and located nearby to every major store that you might need. The gym, community areas, and amenities are very convenient and add to the luxurious environment. The nearby community park was great for long walks as well! Bouchra was an incredible landlord and made my stay very comfortable! She is very perceptive to comments and concerns and addressed everything throughly. She is very personable, kind, and caring. She is very fair, accommodating, and communicative. The unit is also well-equipped with anything you may need and made for a very cozy stay. It definitely felt like home! I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the summer, and would highly recommend.

Amazing home away from home

I've been staying here for 3 months and have decided to extend for another 3. From the day I met her, Bouchra has gone above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and accommodate my needs. She has been very quick to provide anything that I felt would help make my experience more enjoyable. The apartment is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bedroom is a great size and the walk in closet is massive! The location of this place is truly ideal. I am within 5-10 min of Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, Homegoods, Costco and frankly anything you need to make my stay practical. The recreation center has an amazing gym and pool and a really nice area to hang out or work. It's really a well planned community. Bonus: I work at Stanford Tri-Valley and that's a 5 min drive! Its truly an amazing location when you consider that you are also only 15 min way from Livermore wine country and about an hour away from Napa. Super safe area and everything is pretty new! I would definitely recommend staying here and having Bouchra and her husband as your hosts will be a blessing :)
