Wonderful stay

Ive been a travel nurse for 5 years now and have used Team Carson three times over the last five years. They have always been top notch. Most certainly will be staying with them in the future! I highly recommend any of their properties, if your looking for a clean, modern, quite place to stay. (Ps they always leave the the best goodies too and if your a snacker like me this speaks loudly to ur heart) thank you team Carson properties

Great place!

I stayed here for 3 months and it was cozy and peaceful. Everyone keeps to themselves and are very kind/thoughtful! I would rent here again if the need arises.

DO NOT RENT FROM TEAM CARSON!!!

I signed a lease for one of their apartments but never received a countersigned copy. Four days before move-in, the landlady told me my lease had been canceled and refunded. I had never canceled, and no refund was issued. She said she had mixed me up with another tenant who canceled a month earlier, but by then someone else had already moved into my unit. When I asked how this could happen, she became defensive and threatened to cancel on me without a refund. She then pushed me into another property, the one I originally inquired about, saying shed cancel on the tenants scheduled to move in there. There she made a rude comment about my body during the showing. Feeling pressured and worried about being without housing, I signed the second lease. The next day she said I could get a refund if I didnt like the place, but when I decided not to rent from her, she refused to return my security deposit, only the pet deposit, citing a 21-day notice. Don't rent from them if you want peace!!

Here's a 5-star review for your stay with Tina: An Absolutely Perfect Stay! My recent stay at Tina's place was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish, earning a solid five stars! The house was spotless at all times, which made for a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. The location was perfect for everything I needed, making getting around a breeze. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, were the hosts and their wonderful animals. Tina and her family (including their furry friends!) were fantastic so welcoming, friendly, and just genuinely great to be around. I'm already going to miss them all so much! I can't recommend this room highly enough.
