Warning, a scam or worse!

The above review is not possible b/c nobody was in the house at that time per Walters report, the landlord. I gave the him $3000 in cash b/che would take it no other way other than wire transfer. I believe this was a scam from the beginning, but I was desperate for my dogs to have a yard before I unfortunately had to quit my job and move back to the east Valley. He refused to get my refund back which was my deposit and first months rent $3000 &I never moved into his property with a nice notice in advance. He told me I was on drugs and a recent message and refused to give me money back after he promised me when he was able to get somebody in there by July 2. He is Very selfish and has no empathy and lies. Warning, warning, do not rent from him or even try! I am reporting him again to furnish Finder. People like him are the reason people like us get scammed $ & the dates below I entered are not true as I never ever rented from him, but it wont allow me to move on unless I enter dates

Amazing rental! Im a traveling RN and stayed in Prescott for 3 months. Very clean and well kept house. Walter (Buddy) and Stephanie are very accommodating! Centrally located and in a very safe neighborhood!
