Spacious Artsy Apt A - Roommate Occupancy

A perfect option for Albany!

This apartment could not have been any better for me! It comes with just about everything you could think of, even thumbprint access to the rooms for safety, which was more than perfect for my travel assignment! Stacey and Corey have been professional and very communicative throughout my entire time here. And its close proximity to the hospital was an added bonus. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to the area!

I had an excellent experience living at this property in Albany. From the beginning, everything was smooth and professionally handled. The apartment was spotless upon move-in, with modern finishes and well-maintained appliances. The layout was functional and comfortable, with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The landlord/property manager was outstandingvery responsive, respectful, and quick to address any minor maintenance requests. Communication was clear and timely, and they genuinely seemed to care about the tenant experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in Albany. Its perfect for professionals, students, or anyone wanting a clean, well-managed, and comfortable place to call home.

Great Stay

This is a very nice property. I am a travel nurse and I have found this house to be so very convenient and close to the hospital and shopping. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The amenities are spot on. I love the fact that there is a in-house washer and dryer, since I have to wash my uniforms frequently. There are no issues with the surrounding neighbors. I would definitely choose this property again if did another travel assignment and the property was available.

Spacious, cozy and close to work.

Cute place in a perfect location. For someone who loves to cook / bake this place has a perfect kitchen space with a full sized fridge. It is in a quiet area, especially important since I've been working night shift and sleep during the day. Whenever there was a need to have anything fixed it was done quickly and around my sleep/ work schedule. This location is also close to the hospital, grocery stores and a gym. It is nice having the outside lights at night for when I go to bring my dog outside at night. It is truly a lovely place.

I am thoroughly enjoying my time here. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and airy. It's got a urban flare to it. Everything is updated and you even have thumbprint access into your bedroom for safety and security.. The property owners and the PM are so nice and are always available. I don't think I've slept on a more comfortable bed!!! I love how close it is to the hospital. Everywhere I have wanted to go has been located just minutes from where I'm staying, which is extremely convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I must say when the time comes, and my contract is up at the hospital, I'm going to miss this place. It's just that nice.!!! The landlords have really set the bar high with this one!!! I know that anyone that rents this place will love it too!!!!! I forgot to mention the solar lights strung in the backyard that come on every night as well as covered parking as a bonus, it's located on a corner lot with a private driveway! I could go on and on!!!

Recommended Stay!

Located close to downtown, this place has been absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and the owner and PM have been wonderful! The place was clean and organized when I arrived and comes with plenty of amenities for someone looking for a mid-term rental.
