Great Place
A little late on the review. Close to the Violet Crown Trail, half a mile’s walk. Easy access to HEB, shopping, dining and a gym. Quiet and comfortable. Privacy assured. Easy access, parking in the driveway. Everything you need for a nice stay. South Austin is the way to stay and this neighborhood is secure and quiet.

Quiet Space Close to Suburban Amenities
Sharon's property is nestled in a quiet subdivision close to many natural walking trails and several shopping areas. The space is attached to Sharon's main house, but has a private entrance on the side. The space is as described in the listing, and is well appointed with the basic necessities. I appreciate the spacious bedroom closet, the dedicated parking space, and the comfortable mattress. Sharon is a thoughtful and considerate host and neighbor. She put a lot of intention into the space and you can feel the efforts she made to create a welcoming environment. My stay was very comfortable and this place met my basic needs really well. I would stay here again and also recommend it to others looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Quiet place in a great area
I've really enjoyed staying at Sharon's property while being in Austin. The property is a side unit to the house which gives you the privacy and seclusion of having your own place. Sharon has been an awesome host. Great communication and she goes out of her way to make sure you're enjoying your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which I've really enjoyed. It's also right next door to a lot of different trails and shopping centers. The unit itself has everything you need. I looked at a few other places around the same price but I felt like this place had more to offer as far as location, amenities, etc. compared to the others. Overall, great place and I'd definitely stay here again!

Great Place
This is such a great place with a wonderful locale. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is such a sweet set up. Nice kitchenette area with all the amenities! Full size washer and dryer! Has nice set up upstairs with huge closet; nice size bedroom; and has sitting area. Everything was provided! Will definitely stay here again if traveling!
