House in Saint Petersburg, Florida
Landlord Tenure: 4 years, 5 months
This little bungalow is in an ideal location. It is two miles from the heart of downtown and just a couple blocks from Central. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood, but within short walking distance you will find restaurants, cafes, book stores, a climbing gym, breweries, bars and lots of self care businesses offering a range of services. If you prefer longer walks, it's about a 7 mile round trip to The Pier. Don't feel ...
This space is best suited for a couple or one person.
The Kenwood Historic District is a 375-acre residential area best known for its historic bungalows. It consists mostly of one-story and two-story single-family homes constructed between 1912 and 1945. You will be walking distance to many St. Pete attractions including restaurants, breweries, bars, and the Pinellas trail.
Perfect Home
I spent a couple months at Brittany's home and my only regret is not finding it sooner. This house truly feels like a home! My favorite feature is the covered porch where you can enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. The location is a 10/10, walking distance to many restaurants/bars/fitness studios. If you're feeling adventurous you can walk/run central all the way down to the water. Brittany is a great landlord and was very responsive to any questions I had. Torn between recommending this to everyone or gatekeeping it so I can come back!
Beautiful House & Close To Everything
We spent an amazing few months in Brittany's home! It is walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the Grand Central District of downtown St. Pete. The home itself is full of charm and is a comfortable place to spend time. Brittany was always quick to answer any questions we had and was great to deal with!
