Good stay, but room for improvement

I removed a star for lack of furnishings and cleanliness. The room had 4 hangers, no drawer/mirror/trash bin, so I had to buy these myself, which felt unfair for the price. The photos showed a full closet, but part was used as her storage, making it inaccessible. In the kitchen, I had only a shelf which wasnt adequate for my time there. On arrival, I found hairs in the bedding and had to buy my own. Since tenants clean before leaving, if Nancy doesnt follow up, new guests will come into that. I removed another star for pricing. After talking with people from the area, I realized that the price I was paying was not fair given the apartment, location, etc. The contract said rent + utilities came up to $4000, with me paying $1900. However, the apartment is listed as $2800 online $2800 so the numbers didnt add up for what I paid. I realized this late into my stay, so I did not fuss. Overall, while Nancy was responsive and kind, the space and pricing didnt match the value I expected.
