Great Family Home with Communicative Host and Amazing Yard

We were fortunate enough to stumble upon Tim's listing in August of 2025. We had just sold our family home and were in the process of building a new one. We initially booked the place thinking it would only be until October, but our completion date kept getting pushed back. Tim was incredibly accommodating throughout and was flexible the entire way until our home was finally done in late November. The house itself is extremely charming and our family of four (two young kids) loved the home. The backyard was a HIT, with SO much room to run. It is fully fenced, flat and well maintained with a number of mature fruit trees. The inside felt cozy and safe. It's also in a fantastic area, close to downtown Albany and just a short drive into Corvallis! We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a few months.

Our favorite house yet

In 3 years of travel nursing this was by far our favorite rental. Amazing fenced in yard for pets with mature fruit trees and a very unique mid century house in a neighborhood where you don't even need to lock your doors. The owners are very kind and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone.
