Fall Stay!

The studio was cozy, clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my 4 month stay. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience. The location is a plus, as it is walkable and next to Curtis park, making it both relaxing and accessible. I would highly recommend. Thank you Maria and Josh!

Excellent!!!

Was traveling to Denver for a month for medical school with my fiance and wanted a place to stay near downtown hospitals - this was the place to be! Very convenient for highway travel too. The space was exceptional with a very large kitchen for a studio. Always had parking. Maria made sure we had everything we needed. Only thing that caught us by surprise (our own fault) - beware of the street sweepers!

I had an amazing stay at this studio! The location was absolutely perfect-close to everything I needed and in such a great area. Josh and Maria were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This property is beautiful and Maria and Josh are so kind and helpful! I highly recommend if anyone is doing a travel contract or needs a long term stay, this is the place to go!
