Small Cottage, Comfy bed, uncomfy bathroom

I stayed in this separate cottage unit from Feb 13 to May 13. The bedroom was cozy with a very comfortable king-size bed, which was great since that's where I spent most of my time. The living room isn't ideal for lounging-the couch isn't very comfortable-and the kitchenette setup could use support -I ate out and bought microwaveable items. I had to bring my own towels and purchased necessities upon arrival, so definitely check in advance. The bathroom is extremely small. I'm about 5'5", and my knees nearly touched the wall when sitting on the toilet. Taller and/or broader folks might find it uncomfortable. The shower is tight but does have an extendable showerhead, which helped. Photos of the bathroom should be included in the listing. The location, however, is tres fantastique! Walkable to restaurants, the streetcar (2.5 blocks), and close to Tulane. Caesar is very responsive and communicative. Note: the area can be loud at times due to undergrad university student rentals nearby.
