Shared amenities include a modern gourmet kitchen w/ all new stainless appliances; 2 full-size refrigerators, coffee/tea, pantry items, & LG washer/dryer + tabs, all complementary. Enjoy 2 private decks, patios, & beautiful gardens on a half-acre greenbelt lot. A friendly, non-shedding goldendoodle named Angel adds to the charm. Secure garage parking and free EV charging. Easy access to dining, shopping, hospitals and shopping malls. Comfortable & quiet; truly feels like home.

Great and Convenient Place

I lived here for 4 months and had a good experience. The landlord is kind and quick to repair anything that needs attention. He provides many amenities, which made the stay super comfortable and convenient. You're close to everything including groceries, shops, and restaurants. You're also close to major tollways which made it easier to commute to and from work. One of the best parts was his dog-super friendly and got along great with both my dogs. It made the whole experience feel homey. If you're looking for a quiet and well stocked place with a responsive landlord and dog-friendly vibe, this is a great spot.
