I felt more like a guest than a tenant, as the landlord creates a welcoming, host-like environment—like living alone together. My spacious, fully furnished private suite is in a quiet, safe West Plano neighborhood near the DNT & Geo Bush tollways. It met all my needs. The suite features separate HVAC, queen Casper Hybrid bed, private deck w/ French door access & blackout blinds, walk-in closet, wall mounted 55" Smart TV, kitchenette, sofa, fireplace & a large in-suite bath w/ marble counters & an over sized tub. Shared amenities include a modern gourmet kitchen w/ all new stainless appliances; 2 full-size refrigerators, coffee/tea, pantry items, & LG washer/dryer + tabs, all complementary. Great and Convenient Place
I lived here for 4 months and had a good experience. The landlord is kind and quick to repair anything that needs attention. He provides many amenities, which made the stay super comfortable and convenient. You're close to everything including groceries, shops, and restaurants. You're also close to major tollways which made it easier to commute to and from work. One of the best parts was his dog-super friendly and got along great with both my dogs. It made the whole experience feel homey. If you're looking for a quiet and well stocked place with a responsive landlord and dog-friendly vibe, this is a great spot.
