Spacious Town Home in perfect location all inclusive

Quiet & beautiful townhouse in great location!

I stayed here for 2 school years between 2022 and 2024, and I had an outstanding experience. The community is a friendly and quiet one with great access to the all the businesses surrounding the Valley River Mall by road or bike with quick freeway access to all of Eugene. The furnishings were comfortable and its like staying at your aunt's house that takes good care of you. Communication with the landlord was easy and there wasn't anything we weren't able to talk about. This is a great place to stay and the amenities were wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at this townhouse in Eugene. The location is fantastic-just steps from the Willamette River bike path with easy freeway access, making it simple to get anywhere in town. The home is spacious (about 1,500 sq. ft.), clean, comfortable, well maintained, and in a safe neighborhood. It's truly move-in ready with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. Just bring your suitcase and you're set. The landlord is friendly, responsive, and attentive to any needs that come up. They also offer great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and places to explore. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free temporary home in Eugene.
