Very good stay
This small basement apartment is ideal for one person, the apartment is small with a very tiny bathroom. That being said it is very well kept up, very safe, and parking availability is reasonable. I could almost always park on L and only very rarely had to park a block or so away but, we also had 2 large snowstorms while I was there traveling for work. Michelle is a very kind, very helpful and very responsive landlord and it was a very good stay for me!

Amazing stay
I spent four months at this rental; it was one of the best places I found on this website! The landlords are amazing people who are extremely welcoming and helpful. This one-bedroom apartment has everything you need and is very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and has a good amount of street parking if you have a car. If I ever return to Brooklyn and this place is available I will take it immediately!
