Well appointed, older with character comfortable apartment that is in great proximity to all the fun destinations in downtown Evansville! Haynies Corner, the riverfront trail, concert venues, restaurants, bars, exercise, and shopping. Worked at Midtown hospital and the commute was 7 mins. Host is very responsive. The only reason it is 4 stars out of 5 is sometimes there is noise on Cherry Street that can be a little much during special events. But overall, great stay.
