Charming, Cozy, and Convenient

Decent property

There were both pros and cons to this unit. Pros: it's close to Carilion and in a walkable neighborhood. The unit does look like the pictures. Good wifi. Cons: aesthetically, the outside of the home could some work, especially the landscaping. There were minor cleaning issues that I found upon move in, which I just took care of myself. It's an older home, so I was able to hear the person who lived in another unit walking. The shower also didn't stay hot. The landlord was kind, but some minor issues weren't handled as promptly as they could've been. I'd give it a solid 3.6/5
