You would be the only tenant in a 3-bedroom house and have use of the entire house. I have no children and no pets. I like to get to know my tenants but also keep to myself most of the time.

The house was so clean and neat. The furnishings were lovely. The light in the house is exceptional. I slept on the most comfortable brand new mattress. Enjoyed my time there and having a private bath was so helpful. I'm only sorry. I wasn't there in the spring to enjoy the patio.!!! thank you Roxanne for being such a warm and friendly Landlord!!!!!
