Lake View Villa

Highly recommend!!

Not only is Michael a fantastic host, but he has also made a lovely space. We stayed here for three months. There is plenty of storage and everything was well maintained! The laundry in the bathroom made life easy. The kitchen was more than well-stocked. Everything (TVs, heat/AC) was easy-to-understand and accessible. While there were only two of us, the bedrooms downstairs would make it comfy for even more people to stay here. The area made it easy enough to get to Dennis and Hyannis, and all of the neighbors we met were a delight. Need somewhere off season to call home for a bit? I can't recommend this spot enough.

Lakeview Villa

We stayed for 3 months in the fall.Michael's house is well appointed, super comfortable and has beautiful views.The environment is charming and the multiple bird visitors add to its appeal. Michael is a thoughtful and available host, and was very friendly and polite.We can't wait to visit Follins Pond again!

Great home

This is a beautiful home located right next to a lake. Michael is the best landlord, he has given us so many recommendations for food and entertainment on the cape and made us feel so welcome. He is so responsive and easy to reach for any needs. Definitely recommend to anyone who is staying on cape cod!!

A Travelers Dream Come True

This home is the best place I have ever stayed as a traveler. It is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, spacious, and stocked up on everything you could need. Michael is an incredibly kind and attentive landlord. He took the best care of us and was very warm and friendly. The location of this house on the lake is amazing. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Couldnt recommend this house and landlord more!!!
