South Anchorage Condo

Paul and his wife Elena have been amazing. He was very responsive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was the best it could be. The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term stay.

Paul's Condo

Great condo in great neighborhood for walking and shopping. The unit is very clean and well equipped with everything a person could need. the furniture is very comfortable, internet speed excellent. Paul is easy to communicate with and made sure everything was just right. The stylish decor was a pleasant extra. We sold our rural property and stayed three months while looking for and purchasing a house. Our stay was a lovely and stressfree respite from the stess of relocating.

Excellent Stay!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for three months and had a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed for daily cooking, and the living area was cozy with plenty of natural light. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was important for both school and work. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, shops and even the freeway. Paul was a fantastic landlord and is very responsive, friendly, reliable and quick to address any questions or small issues that came up. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for either a short or long term stay. I wouldnt hesitate to book it again.

Great condo

My stay at Paul's condo was great, he was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. The building is very quiet and the condo itself was very clean upon arrival, decorated nicely, has a comfortable couch and recliner to relax in, stocked well with a full kitchen and cooking utensils. Wifi works great and there are 2 televisions, one in living room and other is in bedroom. Limited content to watch on the tv under the free section, but can log into streaming services if you have them. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout shades in the bedroom are great during the summer. Location is convenient to gas, food, grocery shopping, and hiking trails. Definitely a big plus that the condo has a one car garage for vehicle or gear storage! I would definitely recommend the condo to anyone interested in a clean, quiet place to lay their head!

Three Month Rental

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The condo was clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area was cozy and inviting and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal - close in proximity to everything we wanted to do. Whether we were relaxing in the condo or exploring the surrounding area, it was the perfect home base. Paul was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our rental. We would absolutely recommend this condo!!!

Great condo for work relocation

Paul was excellent to work with and the place was clean and as described. Location is close to shopping and nice hiking areas. Would certainly recommend the place to others
