lovely stay!

Such a cute place, really quiet and in a great neighborhood within walking distance of cute coffee shops etc. The ADU is pretty far from the main house so you have lots of privacy. Home owner is so great and welcoming! Definitely stay here if youre looking for a spot in Spokane.

Above and Beyond

Emily created a space that is so clean, comfortable, and cute that I never wanted to leave. Its a VERY short walk to the hospital in a safe neighborhood. Emily added things like, black out curtains and sounds machines to accommodate us night shifters and it made a huge difference. Emily was also super responsive when I had questions, and was quick to get me what I needed if it wasnt already in the space. I would love to stay here again if I ever come back to Spokane because I had such a good experience!

Darling ADU

Loved the location, in a neighborhood but walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants. Emily is super communicative and made the whole renting process so easy. The unit was the perfect size for what I was looking for. Cozy and quiet.

Quaint and Quite

Home owner is quiet and respectful. This ADU is so quaint and cute! Everything was just remodeled so it's clean and new!
