Very quiet neighborhood. Has a pool. Backyard privacy has a pool and its a heated pool. Just installed Nov 2025 close to Dunedin area and 20 min to Tampa Use heat pool in Dec to may owner discretion

Wonderful stay highly recommended!
My husband, my daughter, and I stayed here from February to August and had a wonderful experience. The house is new, comfortable, and the pool is fantastic. The location is central, safe, and very close to both Tampa and St. Pete. Rosie was always attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!
