BEWARE - hidden charges, utilities NOT included

Great location but unfortunately landlord was not honest up front and will nickel and dime the tenant. I stayed for an extended period (approx 6 months) as a healthcare worker and I had to clean someone else's dog poop, toys, hair, and food dishes when I arrived. I cleaned it up and didn't bother asking for anything even though I paid a $225 cleaning fee. It's also listed as utilities included but the LL kept my deposit first stating the cleaners charged more than they charged me for a cleaning fee." They noted dust under the coffee table, etc - nothing too out of the norm for someone who had been living there for several months. When I asked why I would not be getting my deposit back when nothing was damaged, they changed the story to we are keeping it to cover the cost of propane and snow removal." I reminded them they advertised utilities included and they still refused to refund despite no damage. BEWARE - they do not honor their own contracts.
