Emerald Private Room Close to Hospitals and Downtown

Perfect for my summer stay

I stayed here over the summer for a nearby internship. The room was perfect for my summer stay and had everything I needed. I had my own fridge, microwave, silverware, towels, and access to the washer and dryer. The bathroom was nice and the new AC unit was awesome. Katia and Bruno were super welcoming and great people to stay with for the summer. The house was also in an ideal spot as it was outside the busy city but downtown Pittsburgh was just a short drive away. I definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome room with awesome hosts!

I stayed with Rob and Katia for about a year and honestly couldn't have asked for better hosts. Having my own bathroom upstairs was perfect and gave me all the privacy I needed while still feeling like part of the household. Katia was amazing. She's one of those people who just naturally makes you feel welcome and looked after. Rob is super handy and actually did a complete inspection of my car for me, which was way beyond anything I expected. Really went above and beyond. They both struck that perfect balance of being friendly and welcoming without being in your business all the time. Plus they were great about getting back to me whenever I had questions or needed something. The house itself was really nice too. I loved having access to that new washer and dryer set! It was a really great year living there. If you're looking for a place where you'll actually feel comfortable and taken care of with the entire second floor all to yourself, I'd definitely recommend staying with them.
