I didn't stay as long as I expected, but Ruth and Winston made my time there very welcoming. With full amenities, convenient location, and timely responses, this was definitely a great space as a young adult to get comfortable living alone/independently. Great communication!

This place definitely served its purpose for my short-term stay. It had the basic amenities I needed. Winston and Ruth were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were super accommodating, prompt and kind. They made me feel welcomed.

Great space, great landlord!

I was in need of a place to stay in Boston for a month due to construction delays that prevented me from closing on a condo nearby as scheduled. Winston's unit was a perfect fit for my needs! The location was perfect for me - a safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking available - and the amenities were lovely (I had the added perk of being the first person to stay in the unit long-term, so everything was brand new!). Winston was extremely communicative, helpful, and kind - he and his lovely wife were available if any needs arose, but never intruded and allowed me to feel like the space was my own during my stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a long-term rental in Boston!
