A perfect home away from home.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 5 months. From day one, the owners were truly wonderfulwarm, welcoming, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed anything. Their kindness and flexibility made such a difference during my transition from the Midwest to Alaska - which can feel like a big move. This home was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a long-term stay. I loved that it is located in the middle of anchorage, so everything I needed to get to was no more than 15 minutes away. Additionally it is also close to JBER and not far from the U-Med district. This is a perfect space for traveling professionals or transitioning military members/families. I think what I enjoyed the most about this place, is that it didnt feel like an Airbnb, it felt like a home. Highly recommend!

A cozy condo with a convenient location!

Alyssa's condo is the perfect spot for any travelers in the Anchorage area. It is well stocked with all amenities you could need plus some added extras. The floors, countertops, and bathroom were recently re-done, making the place feel very modern and nice. The living room is cozy with a pull out sectional, large flat screen TV, and a working fireplace. There are two parking spaces (including one covered!) which is huge for winter in Alaska as parking is hard to come by. Having two bedrooms allowed us so much extra storage for gear and space for our family to visit. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend our winter in Alaska. The location is convenient to head north to Eagle River, close to the local hospitals, and has great access to the ski and bike trails at Russian Jack. We skied in/out nearly every week! Alyssa and Mitch are very easy going and accommodating. They were quick to respond to anything we needed, and made our move up to Alaska as easy as could be!
