Quiet Neighborhood, Great Outdoor Space, Close to Downtown
Stayed for five weeks at the end of the summer and really enjoyed it. The host is lovely, communicative, and accommodating. The neighborhood is very quiet and only a few minutes from downtown and Ann Morrison park. My dog loved the fenced backyard and there were fresh veggies in the front garden. House was very clean and had everything I needed. It's an older home, so the floors do creak, but it's been tastefully updated, including a new central air system. There's a train track a block away, but it only has two brief afternoon runs. Maybe a minute or two long, 25 car, commercial freight!? Most days I didn't even notice it because it's not very noisy when it does come through. Bonus restaurant and coffee shop a few blocks away. Would stay again and would recommend to others. Five stars!
