Glad we found this place!

We’re currently having a great experience living in this apartment. The location is very convenient, just a short 6–8 minute drive to Unity Hospital, which has made daily commutes simple and stress-free. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings that make the space feel open and comfortable. All utilities included has been a huge plus, making budgeting much easier and eliminating extra monthly concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, Assigned parking is very convenient, and there’s also ample space for visitor parking, which has been helpful when hosting friends. One of the standout aspects of our stay has been the landlord, Alison. She is responsive, kind, and very easy to work with. She always goes above and beyond and listens to tenant concerns and requests. It makes a big difference knowing that any concerns are addressed promptly. Overall, we are genuinely enjoying our time here and have come to really love this place!

Great place to stay

Safe area, nice apartment. Great amenities like assigned parking and in unit washer/dryer. Within 10min drive of RGH. Would definitely recommend!

A Cozy Stay!

It was incredibly cozy and full of charm! I loved the natural lighting and spacious layout. It was the perfect, peaceful retreat after long overnight hospital shifts. The building is super quiet, the decor is beautiful, and the little touches like a fresh bathrobe and Hershey's Kisses made it feel like home. Alison goes above and beyond with amazing customer service. I couldnt have asked for a better stay!
