Unfair charges and poor communication
My experience at this unit was disappointing. Communication was poor, and I was charged unfair fees after moving out, including questionable cleaning costs and vague deductions from my deposit. The management was unprofessional and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend this rental to others, be cautious and document everything.
