I stayed here for over eight months during a transition, and it was an excellent experience. Patrick and Lola are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They’re responsive, respect privacy, and still available if needed, and they made me feel part of the neighborhood by sharing helpful Coconut Grove info and events. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house had everything we needed for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi was extremely reliable and handled working from home while kids are gaming. The home is surrounded by lush foliage and has a true indoor-outdoor feel that was amazing. The location couldn’t be better, on a tree-canopied historic street with its own annual art festival. Despite being close to everything, it’s quiet and peaceful. Cocowalk, tennis, groceries, restaurants, and daily conveniences are minutes away. We felt safe and comfortable. Whether you’re looking for a short-term or long-term stay, you really can’t go wrong here.

Our wonderful experience in Coconut Grove

We spent 2 fantastic months this winter in Patrick's house and had a wonderful experience. The townhouse is very clean and cozy, well taken care of, it is private and quiet, has a front and backyard where you can have home cooked meals or walk to all restaurants and shops which are in 5 minutes walk. You can walk to the supermarket, post office, pharmacy, Home Depot, everywhere. Patrick is wonderful host and lives next door and took care of our requests immediately. Not to mention that Coconut Grove is a unique and very rare find in Miami, where booming city meets luscious and green quiet neighborhood. The house can accommodate up to 4 people comfortable. We had several groups of friends with us, and for one week 6 of us lived there and everyone loved this place and we all will come next year.
