Great Long-Term Stay for Healthcare Travelers

I stayed at this property from February 2025 through November 2025 during my healthcare assignment, and overall it was a great experience. Clinton was always helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, he was available and quick to help. The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as described in the listing. The off-street parking, washer/dryer, and included utilities made long-term staying very convenient. The other tenants and neighbors were also respectful and quiet, which made it easy to rest after long hospital shifts. The location is another huge plus — very close to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, restaurants, and grocery stores while still feeling peaceful and safe. I would definitely recommend this property to other travel healthcare professionals looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Lexington.
