Decent

This is essentially an in-law suite, you will feel like you are in someone else's home. The landlord was kind at first- but the night before moving out he sent us an abrupt & condescending text to stop moving things around" (we were actually taking apart a dresser we had to buy that wasn't provided in this 'furnished' apartment). Overall this unit is fine, but the rent is steep for what is offered. The furniture is cheap & the walls are not insulated well at all. Some things not included for us were: towels, a bath mat, dresser, cooking pans, shower caddy, and desk chair. There is very little storage space because the unit is already being used to store the landlords random belongings. There are things stored in kitchen cabinets and closet that aren't really useful. In general it is a decent place to live if you won't be home much.
