Private poolside studio in Kensington

Lovely, just lovely

This is an amazing space and perfect location. Meredith is warm and welcoming and keeps the property in immaculate condition. The pool is pristine and there is easy access to full-size washer and dryer. If you love to cook, this is the kitchen for you!! Thank you Meredith for introducing me to the Kensington area and making my stay perfect!!

I stayed at this property for two months while starting a new job in San Diego. Property: Tucked away in a beautifully landscaped backyard, the apartment is accessed via the front houses driveway. It sits in a small courtyard above an in-ground pool with chairs and a gas grill. Laundry & storage are just below. Plenty of street parking right out front. Apartment: Stand-alone unit with no shared wallsquiet and private. Furnished with smart TV, dresser, and wardrobe. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Spacious bathroom stocked with towels and toilet paper. Ceiling fan & AC. Mild road noise with windows open none when closed. Neighborhood: Quiet, safe, and central. Walkable main street with library, restaurants, shops, bars, and a local music venue. Easy I-15 access. Small market nearby; Vons just down the road. Owners: Meredith is friendly, helpful, and easy to contact - not overbearing or invasive. Her son and daughter-in-law live in the main house - they are quiet and courteous.

We (my partner and I) stayed here for the month of June and it was lovely! Meredith is super responsive and helpful and the studio has lots of thoughtful touches that make it easy to move in to and feel like home (basic kitchen necessities, spices, lots of hooks and storage, comfy mattress and nice bathroom). The house backs up to the freeway but is so quiet when you close the windows, and when the windows are open you get such a nice breeze! The ceiling fan kept us cool but AC also available for the hotter days. This was an idyllic spot to spend a month, would recommend this property (and Meredith) to anyone!

The studio tucked away off the main road, and a close walk to the restaurants and shops along the main road Adams Ave. The place is very clean, new appliances, full kitchen, nice furniture, and comfortable bed. The house back up too a main highway but you cannot hear from inside. The owner Meredith & her son were very responsive and easy going. I would recommend staying here

Amazing spot!

The studio is in an incredible neighborhood - tucked away off the main road, and a close walk to the restaurants and shops along Adams Ave. The place is very clean, new appliances, full kitchen, nice furniture, and comfortable bed. Even though from outside you can hear the highway noise, inside the house is sound proofed and quiet. The owner Meredith was great to deal with - very communicative and easy going. Would highly recommend her place!
