4 months of wonderful stay

The property location was perfect for me to commute between the two places I was working at in Aurora and Broomfield. The bed was so comfy with topping mattress added on. I had an extra office room with monitor available for computer use, very clean private bathroom. Kitchen and laundry are for sharing which are always available to use. Tehan is very sweet and respectful. One bonus point is that, Tehan (T) often offers her yummy freshly baked ginger cookies, and almond cookies. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely Wonderful

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Tehan is wonderful! She's kind, thoughtful, respectful, and caring. She was an absolute pleasure to share a space with. I had one half of the house completely to myself. I had a bedroom with a super comfy king size bed with memory foam topper. Plenty of closet space. the office has a love seat, a large desk and a TV. The bathroom has a huge bathtub and modern fixtures. Large back yard with a cool fire pit. My dog loved it. Also a great location, since it's right next to i-25 and i-70 i was able to get pretty much anywhere in town in 20 min. Neighborhood is safe and quite.
