The BEST!

I am a medical student who traveled from Louisiana for a month-long rotation at Parkview Hospital. Cory is so kind, and he ensured I had everything I needed during my stay here. He is very responsive if you need anything at all! It was very snowy when I was here, but the driveway was always shoveled and clear. Having a garage was such a huge benefit, since I didn't have to scrape ice off of my car in the mornings. The neighborhood itself is very quiet, safe, and only 5 minutes from the Parkview Hospital. If I were to return to Fort Wayne, I would 100% stay here again. I did a ton of research before booking, and this was by far the best option I could have gone with!

Convenient and Clean

Solo travel nursing adventuring from Pensacola, FL to Fort Wayne, IN. This apartment was a fantastic place to stay. The apartment has been well cared for, and I felt safe the entire stay. The garage was clean and perfect for my car. Cory was a great landlord and always available if needed. He was so nice to even bring all of my random Amazon packages to my door that were placed on the porch at the main house. He always made sure the snow was cleared from the driveway for safety. If I ever take another assignment in Fort Wayne, I would definitely contact Cory.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Convenient

Cory is a great landlord, considerate and accommodating. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The location is convenient for grocery shopping, coffee, and restaurants, and the 2 nearby hospitals are less than 5 minutes away. For me, I really judge a place by the shower, and though the water softener may need to be dialed back a little, the water temperature and pressure was fantastic. I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while doing a temporary position at Parkview or DuPont Hospitals to highly consider this rental.
