Great place

Stayed here during a travel assignment, the hospital was in Carmel. The drive to and from was easy, no problems in the neighborhood, and close enough to everything you need. Jerrett was great and very responsive to anything we needed. The house itself was spacious, the beds were comfy, and everything was clean.

Spacious, Clean, and Accommodating!

We stayed in Jerret's home for 3 months. Jerret was super easy to reach and responsive throughout our stay, making the whole experience enjoyable. The home was clean and conveniently located near many great spots in Indy. With three bathrooms and a spacious downstairs basement that includes a finished room and a good-sized bathroom, it was more than enough space for the two of us. The neighborhood was friendly, and even though its a duplex, I never heard a peep from next door. Jerret went above and beyond to accommodate us, responding quickly to any requests we had. Since I work from home in development, I needed a Wi-Fi extender, and he got one for us the same day. All our minor requests were handled promptly, too. The beds were comfortable, the showers had excellent water pressure and heat, and the huge pantry was a bonus. The washer and dryer worked great as well. Overall, a solid stay !

Had an amazing stay here! Jerrett is THE BEST landlord, truly! He is on it, and so friendly and chill. This home is in a great location, also! We will miss Indy and this awesome place!!
