Perfect Interim Homebase
I stayed in Dave's place for 6ish months while I was deciding where to rent next. His place was comfortable, cozy, welcoming and in a great location. We had no issues the entire stay and truly loved it! Dave is an awesome property manager / landlord. Highly recommend!
Dave's place felt like home
I rented here for the winter months and absolutely loved my stay. The house is so comfortable and well cared for. The location can't be beat! Walking distance to everything you'd want and need. Dave is a great property manager and highly responsive and accommodating. You'll love your stay here!
Perfect fall getaway!
Daves place had everything we needed for a weekend in Maine! We were mostly in and out, but we managed to take advantage of the hot tub and host friends for dinner. I especially loved all the art on the walls-lots to look at! It was nice being within walking distance to coffee shops and a grocery store. We even walked downtown-which didnt feel like a big deal! Ubers were quick and inexpensive too. We stumbled upon the Back Cove trail which ended up being a loop-worth checking out! Thanks Dave!
