Kiss your down payment money goodbye!
My husband and I recently rented this place from Nicole and Cody. We've had major issues with this place. Good luck on sleep due to the ambulances driving by all day/night due to the hospital next door and the wall being paper thin. When we moved in, the placed hadn't been cleaned in a while, drawer handles were super glued on and easily ripped off, the ceiling/bathtub paint constantly chipping, and the bug issue! On top of it all, Nicole and Cody are going against the terms on what prices were for utilities. We have verbal/written agreements on things however we still were charged for things that shouldn't have been charged. Currently starting the process of a lawsuit due to the issue. As fellow travelers, save yourself the trouble!
