Perfect Stay in Duluth Comfortable, Quiet & Great Location!

I had an amazing stay at the Riverside Townhouse in Duluth! The location is perfectjust a block from the Munger Trail and minutes from Spirit Mountain, making it ideal for outdoor lovers. The townhouse is spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The king and full beds were super comfortable, and the pet-friendly policy was a huge plus. The landlord was attentive, and everything was spotless upon arrival. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Fully Furnished with Private Yard in Quiet Neighborhood

We recently rented here when we first moved up to Duluth while we were looking for a more permanent place. Everything was fully furnished, including a shoe rack as well as goodies such as storage containers, a baby gate for our dogs, and two fully furnished bedrooms. The private yard was perfect as we have two dogs. There's even a little sheltered catio available for people with cats in the warmer months. Darin was very communicative throughout the process. The house is conveniently located near the Richard I. Memorial bridge connecting to Superior, WI. So getting to work was super simple. All-in-all an excellent rental experience.
