Good stay

Pleasant stay, has everything youd need for a short term rental and kitchen is fully stocked and functional with appliances. Good communication before and during stay although beware that there is a $150 cleaning fee prior to move in and youll likely be charged an extra couple hundred after you move out for a post move out cleaning fee as well so make sure to buy your own vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies and leave the place spotless.

Mary was fabulous! Her place is great! Behind the stone retaining wall are 10 stairs to the street, where youll park in front of the home, very safe & comfortable neighborhood. Her home is literally minutes from Target & Walmart & and 5 minutes from the freeway. Its an hour to Seattle & 30 minutes to Chehalis. The bed is super comfy, you have all kitchen necessities. Its a huge basement apartment, she has you pick a laundry day as youll go upstairs through her home for laundry but shes accommodating if needed. Big walkin closet. The house did have an odor as the previous renter stated, she addressed it immediately as she found out a pipe burst under the house probably leaving the odor as Wa has hard water/iron rich but doesnt smell. She even purchased an air purifier, shes very on top of whatever needs youd have. The space heaters heat quickly and the electric fireplace helps too. Woozoo fan if warm. Oh and the Mexican restaurant down the road is a must!

Spacious!

This was a fine place to stay for a couple of months! The space is large and the kitchen is totally functional. The bed is very comfortable and the curtains are blackout, which was great for sleeping. I would not recommend staying here in the winter months - it was very cold (50s). The owner tried to help by installing a larger electric fire place, but since that can't be left on during the day, every time I returned to the apartment it was freezing for hours. Additionally, there was a weird smell throughout the apartment that would not go away.
