Wonderful host, lovely location, allergy-free cat companion!

I stayed with Selene for a few months on a fall tech internship, and from the beginning, she was warm and welcoming. I arrived near midnight, and she stayed up to greet me and help me settle in. She drove me places for groceries early on, and gave me plenty of privacy whenever I needed it for work. Selene also has a lovely cat named Savannah. She's a sweet and quiet Bengal, hypoallergenic, and even though I have severe cat allergies, I never had any problems with her. She's also very affectionate once she warms up to you. I was happy to have her around! Finally, the accommodations were lovely. Of course, it's a pet home so expect some cat toys and fur, but my room and bathroom were always very clean, with comfortable bedding, space for clothes and luggage, and reliable Internet. I was able to perform various technical tasks, including hooking three laptops up to the Internet at once without disruptions. Overall, I had a fantastic stay with Selene and highly recommend her place!

Stay at Selene's place

I stayed at Selenes place for three months during my internship, and it was a great experience. The home is clean, quiet, and well-maintainedperfect for a comfortable and focused stay. Selene is incredibly helpful while also being respectful of your privacy, which I truly appreciated. Overall, one of the best places Ive stayed. Highly recommended!

Ive been staying here for a month now, and I can confidently say its been a great experience! The landlord is incredibly nice and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure Im comfortable. Theyve even offered to drive me to the bus station and shopping multiple times, which has been such a thoughtful gesture. The place itself is fantasticclean, warm, and very spacious. Its perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. Ive had no issues so far and feel completely settled in. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and well-maintained spot!

worst mistake ever

No privacy whatsoever. Landlord home all day in your face, works from home noisily. . You'll be under constant watch and questioned about your schedule, your coming and going, you're cooking and cleaning/recycling, what your wearing and what your teeth look like. Windows are kept open and house is cold. There are no real appliances other than an old popcorn machine 70s. There is not a lock on the door. She screamed and came close to me when I asked her about a lock. I agreed to leave upon her screaming to leave and took my prorated rent money and deposit. Now I am sueing. RUN from this one.

I see that Susan P. has not stopped her attempt to damage me. Sadly, nothing she said in her review of my accommodations was factual. I have a nice size home, 1800 square feet with three bedrooms , one of which is an office, with a large living room, dining room. etc. Her first request was to have a TV in her room, which I provided her with and the next was to have her two grown sons stay at my place for a couple of days during Thanksgiving, which I agreed to do. After a couple of weeks at my place she stated that her husband was coming with the kids for five days; she never even asked me... When I said that a couple of days would be fine and she immediately got mad at me. She never even asked me if my family was coming over the holidays. I never realized that asking how she was doing when I saw her was invading her privacy. I work from home as a social worker very part time because I am partially retired and most of what I do is to provide reports for the Superior Court of King County, so I am hardly noisy...And I am gone a lot of the time because I dance, swim and have a boyfriend. Since she told me that she would not be cooking because she orders her meals through "Factor" which are frozen prepared foods , she did not care that I have a Cuisinart, Crook Pot, Instant Pot, Mixer, Blender, etc. She stated that my house was cold, but she failed to tell you that she was from AZ and wore shorts/tank t-shirts while she was in the house during Fall/Winter in Seattle even though I always have the heat on because I am originally from Southern CA. Ms. P. told me on a Friday that she was leaving and asked to have a walk- through on Saturday because she had a flight on Sunday. Please note, I never asked her to leave. I agreed to the walk-through date, but she never showed. I did the walk-through without her and found that she had poured a coffee like substance all over the comforter, sheets, duvet, and mattress cover that was still partially wet on Saturday. This was hidden by the bed spread and everything was ruined and had to be replaced by me. Then I discovered that she apparently put some scallops in a baggie between two dishes and pushed them together, so as to hide them in a cupboard that I rarely use. It left a horrible sewer smell in the kitchen and I had to call in a plumber to find the problem at my own expense. I don't buy scallops and I remembered that she did and I was shocked because I know she never cooked! I know five year olds with better behavior than that and I was a elementary school teacher before I became a social worker! I could never make this up if I tried.
