Loved this place, would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay here! The unit is very spacious, comfortably furnished, and well taken care of. Our dogs loved the backyard. Josh was great to work with; very friendly, helpful, and easy to get in touch with whenever we had a question. Especially accommodating with stay extensions. The location is tucked just off the main road so it stays quiet, but has a bustling neighborhood feel with people walking, biking, and kids playing. It’s also close to the beach and a variety of restaurants, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

My wife & I highly recommend this beautiful Atlantic Beach property to anyone looking to settle into the Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, or Jax Beach areas! This home is a perfect blend of beachy vibes and modern amenities, with a comfortable and updated design that makes it easy to feel right at home. We stayed for a couple months in the fall of 2024 while we looked for a house and never had a single issue. We we're so glad we chose this property out of all the options out there. The neighborhood is quiet, offering a peaceful retreat with the added bonus of being just minutes from the beach with it's easy access to all the local shops, dining, and entertainment that the Beaches area has to offer, the location truly cant be beat. The home itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed to settle into the area. The private backyard is a serene little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or working from home (the internet was fast and reliable). It was always quiet inside and out, providing ample privacy. + our little dog loved sitting outside on the covered back deck. The owner Joshua was fantasticfriendly, attentive, and prompt in communication. He made sure we had everything we needed from day one and was always quick to address any questions or concerns. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property!
